Artist's Description
Even living in the suburb, we still have birds of prey that visit us in the early summer when our squirrels and chipmunks have fed on our acorns and hickory nuts. We have noticed that often there will be a pair, where one will swoop and kill, then pass off to the other as they both fly away. We are surrounded by 70' to 200' trees that seem to facilitate this manuver. They use our driveway as a flight path as they initially swoop in.
